I regularly attend the centre and take part in its many activities, such as drama and music which involves singing and playing the electronic keyboard. I have recently started a new “confidence building” class, which I have found very valuable and enjoyable.

 I also attend “The Flitch Way”, which involves a group of volunteers helping to clean up our countryside.
